On 12th June 2018, B. L. Tay Architect participated for the groundbreaking ceremony of Penang Automation Cluster Sdn Bhd.

The facility itself is located in Batu Kawan Industrial Park. It consists of 1 storey production floor and 2 storey office block with a total built-up of 220,035 sqft.
