B. L. Tay Architect participated in the launching of Penang Graffiti Park on 20 September 2012. The park, located within Penang Municipal Park, is a collaboration project between The Municipal Council of Penang Island (MPPP) and The Rotary Club of Tanjung Bungah.

The park serves as a platform for the universities and public to showcase their graffiti works and promoting local tourism.
